What payers do we accept?
Also known as paying “out-of-pocket,” private pay means your loved one or their family will use existing savings and assets to cover the cost of care services. A majority of our clients utilize this option.
Long Term Care Insurance:
These policies offer a variety of benefits that can be used to pay for care you might need at home, in an assisted living facility or a nursing home. These policies pay a daily or monthly reimbursement amount for the cost of care up to a daily or monthly maximum.
Private Health Insurance:
CareCentrix provides scalable solutions for cost-effective, patient-centered home care. They use a “home first when possible” methodology, supporting patients with the services they need to heal, and reducing risks attributed to institutional settings.
- Florida Blue
Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD):
APD is tasked with serving the needs of Floridians with developmental disabilities. APD works in partnership with local communities and private providers to assist people who have developmental disabilities and their families. APD also provides assistance in identifying the needs of people with developmental disabilities for supports and services.
A work injury can cause major disruptions to your life—not only to your health, but also to your career, finances, and overall well-being. The Florida workers’ compensation system is designed to compensate you for some of those losses. Care Connections At Home offers skilled services to help you get back to work as soon as possible.
